This enamel pin says DISABLED IS NOT A BAD WORD, the text is in black and it is on a white, square background with a black square border.

It measures 1.25" inches x 1.25" inches. There are two posts on the back with two rubber clutch backings.

I was corrected on the terminology I have used for myself. Many times i've been told i'm "differently able" or I have "diverse abilities", none of which are true. Not using the word disabled contributes to erasure and an excuse to not provide accomodations.
