The Disability Pride Flag patch showcases muted colors, each with its own significance: Green represents sensory disabilities, including those with Autism, ADHD, and other conditions. Blue symbolizes emotional and psychiatric disabilities. White represents non-visible and undiagnosed disabilities. Yellow stands for cognitive and intellectual disabilities. This patch is an updated version of the newer Disability Pride Flag, designed by Ann Magill, a disabled artist who aimed to create a symbol of unity and pride for the disability community. I have carefully modified the flag's size and colors to ensure accuracy and accessibility, providing a subtle yet powerful statement of pride and solidarity.

While I did not come up with the original design of the Disability Pride Flag, I have taken great care to modify its size, select accurate colors, and bring it to the community in an accessible way. My goal is to provide items that are not only meaningful but also easy to use and integrate into your daily life.

How to Apply Your Iron-On Patch: Ensure the fabric you are applying the patch to is clean and dry. Preheat your iron to a high setting, usually around 400°F (204°C). Do not use steam. Place the patch on the desired area of the fabric, design side up. Cover the patch with a thin cloth or a piece of parchment paper to protect it from direct heat. Press the iron firmly on top of the cloth-covered patch for 30-60 seconds. Apply steady pressure and avoid moving the iron around. Carefully lift the edge of the cloth to check if the patch has adhered. If it hasn’t, replace the cloth and iron again for another 30 seconds. Allow the patch to cool completely to ensure it adheres fully to the fabric.
